Today I was talking to David Russell QC who is an international lawyer and tax expert. Mr Russell practices in Dubai, London, New York, Abu Dhabi, Sydney, and Brisbane. He is also admitted to the courts in Singapore, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. In 2014 he was recognized as the Chartered Tax Advisor of the year. David Russell QC has published numerous articles and given talks on a diverse range of topics such as tax havens, trusts, offshore investing, exchanging information, protecting your clients, ethics and tax compliance.
